1. Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: All orders for in-stock products are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Local Deliveries: For customers within our local delivery area, we strive to prepare and deliver orders within 1-2 business days. We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
- Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: If you have placed a pre-order or custom order, we will provide you with up-to-date information on expected shipping dates. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7-10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Local Delivery: For local customers, we offer hand-delivery within a 20 mile radius of our farm. Delivery times will be coordinated directly with you.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer affordable rates to ensure that you get your products in a timely manner.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options for future expansion. Please check back for updates.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. For lost packages, please check with your local carrier as they are responsible for resolving any issues during transit.
7. Local Delivery Information
If you are located within our local delivery area, we will contact you to confirm the best time for delivery. Local deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days. If you need to make special arrangements or have specific delivery preferences, please let us know when you place your order.
