At George Green Acres, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. We understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for details on returns and refunds.
1. No Returns on Skincare Products
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds – Case by Case Basis
We handle refund requests on an individual basis. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will assess your complaint and, if appropriate, arrange a refund or product exchange. To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue with the product
- Photos
Refunds will only be considered after a thorough review of the product and the customer complaint.
3. Damaged or Lost Items
If your product is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the carrier (shipping company) directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or replacements for lost or damaged items through our own returns process. However, we are happy to assist you with the necessary information to help resolve the situation with the shipping company.
4. Recyclable & Reusable Containers
We are proud to offer a return program for our recyclable and reusable containers. If you wish to return empty containers for recycling or reuse, please contact us for further instructions on how to send them back. Shipping costs for container returns may be covered by the customer, depending on the specific circumstances.
